A group of parents and two parish councillors have formed a group called Tollerton Recreational improvement scheme (TRIS) to apply for funding to provide a play park for all our children, grandchildren and their visiting friends.

The play park will be designed for 0 -11 years with an additional part for 12 - 16 years old

We have already asked the children at Toddlers (parents), playgroup, rainbows, brownies, guides, beavers, cubs and scouts of their favourite equipment for the park, and had an excellent response. We had most of the usual items but the go kart track and water slides may be a little out of our reach!

The steering committee are: Paul Toplass (chairperson) Rupert Butt (Vice Chairperson), Sarah Blackhurst (Secretary), Gail Gamble (Treasurer), Andrew Baldwin, Caroline Howell, Emma Green and parish cllrs Jeff Redshaw and Ann Adkin.

We are trying to raise in excess of £100,000
